Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown aka Mel B and husband Stephen Belafonte at the Cannes Film Festival. Mel was wearing a blue and white bikini with matching shoes. The happy couple were spotted boarding a boat where they spent the afternoon. After a bit to food and champagne the pair laid down on the sun loungers and at one point Mel was kissing and straddling her husband. Stephen later had a nap and was carried away on his lounger by the boat crew so they could tidy up the deck. Cannes, France. 22/05/2013
